Start with the project and service requirement

North Eastern Security Force provides security guard and fire watch coverage for qualifying assignments throughout Virginia, with particular emphasis on construction site security, fire watch, temporary guards, mobile patrol and access control. Procurement teams can use this page to request company documentation or provide the information needed to prepare a project-specific proposal.

For the most accurate response, include the service location, expected start date, coverage schedule, number of officers if known, anticipated duration, requested duties, reporting requirements, insurance or vendor requirements and the date procurement materials are due.

Common vendor-document requests

Depending on the customer’s onboarding requirements and the documents currently available, procurement requests may involve a W-9, certificate of insurance information, company capabilities information, Virginia licensing/compliance information, proposal support or another vendor form. Use the procurement form to identify exactly what your team needs.

Project-specific proposals

A security proposal should reflect the actual assignment rather than a generic statewide price. Staffing, schedule, duration, location, duties, reporting, holidays, emergency start requirements and other conditions can affect the scope. NESF can review those inputs before presenting customer-facing proposal terms.
