Content standards
NESF content should be accurate, useful, clearly written and tied to a real user question or business need. Programmatic location content is expected to contain meaningful locality context rather than simply replacing a city name in identical copy.
Review and updates
Operational, licensing and regulatory references should be reviewed against authoritative sources when material facts can change. Content should not receive a new “updated” date unless a substantive review or change actually occurred.
Corrections and transparency
If NESF identifies a material error, the content should be corrected promptly. Testimonials, case studies and photographs should only be published when they are genuine, approved for use and do not disclose confidential client or site information.
