Officers can cover entrances and ticket or guest-list checks, bag and entry policy as written by the host, parking and queue direction, room or floor positions during the event, restricted areas such as back of house and green rooms, and closing sweeps. Officers log entry issues, ejections requested by the host, medical calls handed to emergency services, and property damage, with a report to the organizer after the event.
When this is the right fit
Event work fits defined-date functions with a start, a peak and a load-out. If the need is a permanent staffed entrance at a building, use Access Control or Concierge Security. If the venue is under construction and the concern is the project rather than an audience, use Construction Site Security. Events needing armed personnel are outside what NESF provides.

Will officers remove an intoxicated or disruptive guest?
Officers are unarmed and do not perform physical removals. They will locate the person, notify the host's representative, ask the guest to leave, document the exchange, and call law enforcement if the person refuses or the situation escalates. Decide before the event who on the host's side authorizes an ejection, because that authority belongs to the venue or organizer rather than to NESF.
How many officers does an event need?
That comes from the layout rather than a formula: the number of entrances that must be staffed, restricted areas, whether alcohol is served, parking and queue length, and how long doors stay open.
